The dawn which awoke us, and lightened our minds
The sun which shone down from the clear morning sky
Has heralded Spring with light and with love
Yet Our Lord gazes down, from the heavens above

Remind us, we cry as we try to ignore.
Remind us what happened. What Easter is for.
His face slowly saddens, his eyes close in pain.
Has nothing been learned? Has nothing been gained?

At Easter He hopes that our world will have learned
That bloodshed and hatred and murder be spurned
That innocents' cries are the shame of us all
That peacemakers rise so warlords may fall.

We watch from the calm and the peace of our homes
We shed single tears, yet we know in our bones
That our brothers and sisters who live without hope
Need more than a life where they simply must cope

We hold all the answers. We don't understand.
That we each play our part, in the overall plan.
Our tears shed in sorrow are tears shed in vain.
Our voices are needed. Our destiny plain.

Stand up and be counted. All those who can see.
If Easter means something, it means - see their need.
We all have a destiny. Believe this is true.
Now look to the many, not just to the few.

Take time in this season, to stop and to care.
Take time in this season - be fully aware.
That all of God's creatures are counted by Him
Turn outwards, not inwards and gather them in.

We can make a difference. We can change this world.
Just lift up your head, let your spirit unfurl.
God gave us a choice to be who we are
Look not just around you, but look very far.

Be peacemakers, creators, destroyers of strife.
Be artists and dreamers and lovers of life.
Care for your neighbours and care with your soul
Offer a hand. Pull them into your fold.

The Lord is so grateful for all you can lend
Your riches he uses to heal and to mend.
Just open your eyes, let the veil slip away
This Easter He's calling. Do something today.

Thank you for the years of TV enjoyment you have given on Stargate SG-1. My husband, children and I have enjoyed the series. I recently invested in all 6 seasons and love to watch and rerun all episodes. The entire cast make the show what it is, special. Thank you for your devotion to making it a very good show to watch.

Every year I come to know, the easter eggs, are colored so, so arrange them in a basket, or hide them in a bush. The wind is light, and the sun is bright and the children all are laughing, as they run around in circles. Looking high or low, for the goodies so, Its that time of year again,
