As someone who has spent a great portion of their life to helping raise little children, I can tell you they are all angels. | To Amanda, Alan and Olivia, It is with greatest joy that I welcome your baby into this world. I'm very glad that your labour was not long and you didn't need any pain relief, not everyone is as lucky as you were Amanda but we secretly wish that it does go that way for all women. Congratulations to both you and your Husband Alan on becoming parents, it's an amazing part of your lives now, and from speaking from my personal experience, your lives will never be the same again and it's great. I'd like to thank you Amanda for being such a great actress on our television screen and I look forward to seeing how you continue with a great character of Sam Carter. I'd like to thank you for taking the time in reading my email to you, and I realize that you must get hundreds and thousands of letters, emails etc, that you probably won't have the time to answer me personally, but I can hope. As one Mother to another, (my son is now 19 and a half and 6 foot (Sam) and my daughter is now 18 and 5 foot 5 in (Catherine) I wouldn't be without them, they have bought me so much happiness and joy to both myself and my Husband Paul, that we thank God and everyone for these special miracles, I unfortunately could not have any more, and before my son Sam was born I had 3 miscarriages, so you can see why I love my kids. I just wanted to congratulate you all on your
new family! I also want to  really
congratulate Amanda on not using any drugs during the
birth! I want to congratulate Alan on being a good
support system and help through everything. I know from
personal experience that being that support gets rough at
times, but is definitely worth it in the end. I hope
Olivia is healthy and gets all that she wants and
deserves from life. She has just the parents to make sure
that it happens for her! Again, congratulations and best
